Mobile phone insurance is one of those things that you suddenly consider exactly when you should have already got it...
Like when you have just dropped your phone in the washing up bowl...
Like when you dropped it down the toilet...
Like when you dropped in in a puddle
Or even when it got rained on!
An old friend of ours had her phone fried (dead) when she was cycling with her phone in her bag and it started to rain heavily. We could not salvage the phone and it had to be thrown.
Only mobile phone insurance would have helped her get a new replacement phone without her having to pay the full price (usually a few hundred pounds) to get a new mobile phone.
